| Text: | 53 194 kilometres on the road as expected my left leg was in terrible pain this morning and i could hardly walk. an overstretched muscle takes days to get better and much longer to heal completely. i stopped my training and tried to move as little as possible. i felt quite useless the whole day. patience is the word of the day, and for some days to come. |
