we finally got around to have a look at the bike. opend up everything, took it all apart and found...
...nothing wrong on first sight. the cardan is certainly working fine and sebastian thinks it's the transmission box.
we changed the transmission box for one that he had on stock, in order to see if the noise would stop. it did. in fact, the bike was running much better with the other box.
on the way home however, just about 200 meters before arriving at the camping, something broke, a terrible noise came from the engine, and i barely made it into the campsite.
